Love Letter To An Empath (In The Year 2022)

Hey You, Hey Empath,

(Yes you...) Hey beautiful. I need to tell you something.

I see you. I know who you are. I can spot you in a crowd… any crowd, anywhere… any skin-hair-eye color, any expression-of-gender, any personal, familial, cultural expression-of-experience… I know who you are. I feel you. I feel your intelligence and your kindness. I feel your power and your humility. I feel your potential, your self-doubt. I feel your strength and your tenderness. I feel your connection to the stars and I do so with reverence, for so too, I know… what you came here to do. And friend I am here to support you. I am here to help teach the world about you. I am here. I am here with you… and I will not let go.

We are together in this. We are not alone. It is my privilege to speak of your gifts and to speak of the gift that you are.

Empath you are a human being. You are wholehearted, energetically absorbent, with extra-sensory perception (although you may not know it yet… you may not yet understand your extra-sensory aspect.) You are an earth creature. So too are you an ethereal creature. Globally, the human populous is still coming to understand your energetic anatomy. You exist in every corner of the planet and you are a conundrum for many. Most often, in your social communities and societal frameworks of daily endeavor you do not “fit in;” often you are deemed “fragile,” overly “sensitive,” perhaps “lazy,” perhaps “weird,” perhaps “shy,” often you are deemed too “dreamy,” too out-there,” too “conspiracy-theorist,” too “animal-planet-nature-loving,” too “laissez-faire.” Empath often you are deemed “weak,” perhaps “lacking direction,” perhaps “lacking initiative.” Empath you are deemed too “something” without enough of “something else.” Others often find your way of being in the world “abnormal” in some sense, for you do NOT fit traditional molds. And if you have been forced to conform, or if you have allowed yourself to conform regardless of the nonconforming truth inherent to your energetic makeup, inherent to the natural composition of your form as a human force - you feel, in the center of your chest - a constant uncomfortableness, a constant, aching pressure. In circumstances where you are conforming rather than radiating as the empathic force, as an empathic human being freely attuned to your empathic human truths (at least freely curious about your stunning uniqueness) you find Empath… you find you are crippled by psychological ailments, by psychological illness such as depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. At times Empath, conforming to that which you are naturally hardwired to repel (much like magnetic forces, you are charged with a certain frequency seeking an opposite pole, seeking aka an “unorthodox human-societal-role”) at times Empath… conforming rather than seeking out the new human frameworks for being, the new human personifications you have been intrinsically woven, and chosen, to create… can make you physically ill; conforming can give you headaches and chest pains, muscle twitches, dizzy spells, unexplained weight gain, nausea, hives, a feeling of breathlessness, even seizures, blood clots and cancers (when for too long we deny ourselves, our denial shows itself; manifests in our physiology, in the human physical body.) Empath I’m gonna level with you. It was never going to be easy. But c’mon, you knew that, you knew that and still you chose to come. Soulfully you chose the earth experiment. Empath you chose and continue still to choose your earth experience.

My friend energetically you are the highest of the high which is why, you endure the hardest of the hard. You are transforming ancestral lines. Through a commitment to the self, as guided by your inspired genealogy, you are creating hope and possibility. By committing to your inner truth in your circumstances of trial and tribulation, you are unearthing new human potentiality bathed and anointed in the glow of a higher frequency, of your higher frequency. By committing to expression of the loving, pure self in opportune moments of hardship and uncertainty you are literally creating new earth frequencies and new evolved earth opportunities for all people; from one heart-pounding human being to the next, for the Human Collective. Empath you are the key with which we turn, unlock and open all the rest; a cosmic sweeping goodness, a cosmic sweeping collective dream rooted in integrity, peace and joyful play. For One, for The Self… for the Living Dream… endure.

Endure Human Empath and hold firm. For change is upon us, for change is within us.

For change, as I type these last words… is already that spark you feel surging, already a sizzle, a pop of concentricity… already that thunder rumbling in the distance, already that first light at dawn… already the expansion you now feel opening there with sweet surrender, there in the center of your chest, there as you take that next breath. Dear empathic force, dear enigmatic being I AM your witness. I am here, I am a human too and I am the living proof of your powers… for I feel you. I feel too. I feel you listening and thinking, crying and trying… I feel you dreaming and wondering and feeling beyond the obvious, feeling into the beyond… beyond whatever it is that’s causing you pain. I feel you there finding your way once more, time and time again, back to the human heart, back to the core of what you are and back to pure earth-purpose forged in the hearth of a limitless love. I feel you shrinking and rebounding, with each cycle a new reveal of dynamic, exquisite love and commanding, oh-so-alluring new ways of being a human-being and being in connection with a cosmic, star-forged memory… with your cosmic star-forged identity… with that cosmic star-forged inner feeling all over this spinning, celestial orb; our spherical revolve of water, blood and dust, a life-originating planet he called Earth… a crescendoing molecular dance she called Birth. It is all, already all-right, almighty and all as it should be.

So I say to you friend, no matter your current pain-circumstance … persevere. It is your right and your highest, most honorable choice to preserve. Do not let fear - nor a virus, nor the tyrants, nor lies stemmed from a cloud of self-doubt - dissuade you from your work nor muddy your inner truths. For you are the Empath and the Empath knows what to do. They feel their way through. The Empath will choose the heart, time and time again. The Empath will forge paths where paths have never lived. In times of crisis, in times of world-spiraling, overwhelming uncertainty… the human empath is dearly valued friend.

So I say to you Humanity, now more than ever, may we listen to our friends. May we listen to the starry-eyed dreamers blurring lines and bending rules.

And now - more than ever - may the starry-eyed dreamers step forward with authority, with self-assurance and a presiding, insistent voice, so too with a presiding, insistent choice to accept nothing less than that which they feel, than that which they know is good, and loving, and true. May you step forward and guide; reclaim for the human heart every sector of human society, be it political, financial, educational, commercial, technological, industrial, that which entertains and evokes + so many more… (society will be changing, words be morphing, communication between our species will be heightening as you build these new realities based upon and within the authentic human self.) Empath YOU ARE the feeler. YOU ARE the healer. You are the Human Healing Force.

Please love thyself… love and live freely. All the world, and all realms of the universal beam watches and waits, watches and hopes, watches and prays for your triumphant refusal to play the human conformity game; to choose love… for the self and all its fractured faces. What will you do?

Here and now… here and NOW… I choose Self. I choose the heartbeat at the center of my being and I’m pretty damn sure this means I choose you too. With a smile from the horizon… over and out.
